Pro-Death Employment Cases

Bribery and Racism Among Adjudicators

As the data shows, cigarette smoke contains vast quantities of toxic chemicals that kill in genocidal levels. This involves first degree murder, pursuant to statutory, common, and international law. In addition, federal safety principles codified in 29 CFR 1910.1000 clearly forbid the massive quantities of toxic chemicals involved.

Naturally, nobody can commit murder, then say, "Ha, I am exempt from prosecution, because my union contract lets me commit murder!!" Or, "I am allowed to exceed the speed limit, because my union contract says so!"

It should go without saying that nobody (certainly no employer/union combination) is allowed to negotiate laws! so one would think that there would never be a case of an arbitrator, court or, other adjudicator saying that employers can negotiate murder (the right to kill coworkers, endanger property, cause fires, and other crimes) as though doing such things is a right!!

If you think that there are no adjudicators so corrupt as to condone such things, think again! You are wrong. There are indeed adjudicators do indeed hold anti-law views, disregard centuries of case law, and/or even hold racist views and/or take bribes. So one should not be shocked at pro-negotiability decisions such as the following!!:
