TO Kenneth R. Adler, Equal FROM Leroy J. Pletten 7 Jan 92
Empl Mgr, TACOM, Warren MI (PCS - CPO)
1. It has now been a year since I requested review of the false claims and misconduct by Solicitor General Kenneth W. Starr. Under the rules, the entire review process is required to be completed in six months. 29 CFR 1613.220.
2. But nothing has happened to even get the matter to investigation stage of 29 CFR 1613.216.
3. I realize my complaint is against a prominent official. But that should be all the more reason to expedite review, not to refuse it by the process of not getting action to occur.
4. Please expedite review. Thank you.

Your assistance is requested. Please write to the President asking him to order a genuine investigation, and when he verifies that no notice of charges was issued me (unlike what is provided to others accused of genuine wrongdoing), to reinstate me.
